Here’s what to know about our Return policy:
- You have 14 days from your delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for your order
- Items will only be accepted for return if received in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact
- All returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and are subject to a processing window
- Items marked as Final Sale (including all underwear) are not eligible for return or exchange
- Please request a return receipt as we are unable to refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off
- Returns for refunds will be subject to a $5 restocking fee in the US and $10 for all Canadian orders
- All initial shipping costs (which include duties) are non-refundable
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method, including gift cards if one was used
